Since 1988, JamesTowne Homes has
carved a niche for discriminating buyers in the residential home
markets of Durham, Cary, and the surrounding areas.
Building approximately 15 to 20 homes annually with prices
starting in the upper $200s, JamesTowne Homes operates on the
philosophy of "quality, not quantity," giving focused attention
to each home we build.

JamesTowne Homes makes a commitment to each of our homebuyers
that our team of experienced professionals will provide superior
craftsmanship throughout the building process. Our guiding
principles regarding quality home building are two-fold:
